Affiliate terms

Disclosure

You must clearly disclose commissions, activation bounties, free access, and other material relationships within the promotion itself, in accordance with FTC guidance. Platform-provided disclosure tools alone are not sufficient.

Approved claims and creative

Use only approved claims. Do not fabricate results, testimonials, or endorsements. Any content changes must be approved before publication.

Prohibited tactics

• No paid search on the merchant's trademarks.
• No coupon interception, cookie stuffing, adware, forced clicks, or malware.
• No artificial traffic, click farms, or bots.
• No promotion to prohibited audiences (minors, restricted jurisdictions).

Compensation

• Activation bounty: paid after your placement is verified live, disclosed, and correctly tracked, and after the minimum live period.
• Performance commissions: paid by the merchant through its existing affiliate platform.
• Bounties are not paid for promotions that fail verification.

Termination

We may remove an affiliate for fraud, non-disclosure, misleading claims, or repeated verification failures.
